Armannia Colline Frentane IGT Pecorino

fresh, saline, citrus, something deeply aromatic and floral- maybe jasmine? dry with definite acidity but some oily/butteryness too. not too familiar w pecorino but seems like it could be compared to a chenin blanc/chard? not my fav but wouldn’t turn down a glass. soft mouth feel before the acidity hits.
