I don't always drink Faugères during the summer, but when I do do I want it to be one with elegance, finesse and acidity like this one

Out of a magnum. What a pleasant surprise and a nice value. Beautiful nose. Still very young but couldn’t help myself

Part of tasting trio. Effervescent and smelled/tasted horrible. Questioned if it was corked and restaurant said no it was organic. Very bad.

2015 - a happy drink. Serious amounts of red berry on the nose with a bit of earthy bacony goodness happening. Tannins are just so. Could probably lay it down for a bit.

At Pullman's, Montreal. Classic. Dry. Some fruit, but also a little bite. Nice.
