Vin bio and a damned good one. True to type cabernet franc, very lively with clear raspberries in smell and taste. Good balance, not too stewy/big but elegant. Like this glass, it gives joy! Partnered it with duck breast. / 24h later it get's a velvety structure, great with some Leidse kaas
