Citrus and witbier flavors, like a classier Blue Moon

German Pinot blanc from an old school organic estate (biodynamic today actually). Pale gold, a little spritzy, exceptionally aromatic. Good balance of sharp and refreshing (lime and tangerine ) vs rich and creamy (vanilla bean and hazelnut).
