Pale yellow, fresh nose, a little muted. Lovely white fruit palatte that features just ripe peach, quite sweet and rich, more like a statlese, but retains sufficient balance.

Aug 10th, 2021Very slight fizz, pale straw colour. An attractive mix of pear, quince and something a little more exotic, like pineapple. Mid-acidity and sweetness with shortish length as all in balance. Light and enjoyable. Tasted again after a couple of nights in the fridge this had put on weight and become richer and more round and very harmonious - Delicious
