Drinking well, excellent ageing potential. Would love to taste in 2 years when it’s more layered. Flavours of dried strawberries, stewed plums... starting to show tertiary characteristics of sweet tobacco. Recommend.

A beautiful zin with balance and flavor to spare. Perfect with my classic Bibb lettuce and roasted chicken. Happy pairing indeed!
