Just like you would Back in Österreich at some idyllic Heurigen this is a great wine for an outdoor picnic. Great with rich foods like charcuterie or just simple sausages. Bone dry. Some acidity. Very much your Monday through Friday kind of wine. Not pretentious, not complicated. Just use me to wash down your food and get a little buzz in return
