Damn! Got it for a steal as they must have unloaded it somewhere. I was expecting something ripe and with lots of stone fruit, instead it hits with brioche, creamy texture, fine beads and some delicate bruised apple, just a touch of oxidation which goes quite well with the texture and weight. I would’ve mistaken it for an aged Champagne from one of the bolder houses
