I have been a huge fan of this domaine since they produced their first bottles in 1982. The wines are pure expressions of Pinot, delineated, mineral and salty. When young they can be very smokey/toasty but that bleeds out through aging. Unfortunately they are irresistible when young but the reward is even better with 7 to 10 years of bottle age. Tough to wait for that long.

May 3rd, 2021This is a terrific wine. Elegant, full of finesse, great minerality (almost volcanic) and salinity. Really top. Drinks beautifully now.
