Appearance: glossy ranging from deep garnet to bright sapphire, nearing opaqueness

Nose: red fruits dominate with some forest floor hidden beneath

Taste: medium body with soft tannins, big punch of bright red cherry overwhelms the secondary notes of vanilla and a soft rose, very mild tartness and acidity to balance the fruit, would guess 12.5% ABV
