It's no surprise this exclusive tipple is brought to you by renowned Danish design house Georg Jensen whose teamed up with premium Tasmanian wine producer Heemskerk. It's an all female creative team behind this beautiful elixir (both for the design and winemaking), which I have to say is both beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside.
Tazzy's cool climate is perfect to make bubbles and I have to say for $35 (including the stopper) this bubbles is well worth the spend. It's a pale yellow on the eye with teeny tiny fast-streaming bubbles. The nose is full of sweet orchard fruits, brioche and a pinch of lemon grass. In the mouth it's super smooth and almost feels foamy, it really dances on the palate and has a decent length finish. I picked up flavours of kiwi fruit, nuts and candied grapefruit. #TCWeekdayWine
