What an amazing wine and value. Nose is so deep. Huge cassis and liquer like aromas and loads of wild herbs de Provence. Lurid and sultry aromas. So Cairanne. Palate is immaculate and so pure with incredible refinement and class. Great freshness and finesse. Juicy and only a skoche of heat at 14.7% but will integrate air as is typical for this cuvee.
