Mar 27th, 2017Nose: Complex bouquet of garrigue, mediterranean flavours and spices, gooseberry, stems/herbal vines, red and black fruit. Very complex and nice to smell.
Palate: Very silky tannins, good astringency. Bit of oak (18 months in barrels) but not overwhelming, garrigue, earthy. Very pleasant acidiy.
