After first opening it had lots of fruit on the nose. After 45 mins it has some barnyard notes that are a little much. It comes through on the taste as well. After a little more time the poopyness has a little fruit to match. Really mixed emotions on this. Needs food but not sure what. need to try again from a different proprietor. $17
