Jan 26th, 2022Took a long time and warmer temperature to open up. Black cherry bomb, both dried and ripe fruit but not jammy, some earth and spice cabinet on the lifted nose, no liquorice or chocolate but maybe cocoa. Highly extracted and concentrated but without losing finesse

Dec 2nd, 2016My first time with something like this. Such an interesting combo of bright fruit and menthol/honey character. Quite good with Fornino (beet appetizer and prosciutto/arugula pizza)
