Simply needs time to decant! At first, harsh bitter notes like vinegar and soot. After some time could taste very dark fruit like blackberry with maybe some notes of tobacco. Will try again without company and proper decanting and will re rate. Had with Betsy Saraya Britt with Lamb and broccolini

I love Greek wine. They really get the idea. Light bodied, could be chilled. Like eating a eating a blueberry tart and drink a lambic with salt water riding up against the bottle. but Willy wonka style - so it’s all in this wine
