This en Rama bottling was fantastic, close to Amontillado richness and complexity, but all Fino refreshment!

Aug 10th, 2014Fino en Rama bottled May '13. Lean, more salty/ocean than the 12 bottling. Distinct nutty/flor character in the nose. Über fresh. Much weightier than regular Tio Pepe.

Aug 20th, 2013Fino en Rama intended to be dunk in 3 months of bottling. now w/1 yr. Med yellow. Pungent and big bass note of earth. Viscous/rich. A little nutty but also salty. Sturdy but on tiptoes.
