This is probably the boldest of Goyo Garcia Viadero’s single-vineyard wines. 100% Tempranillo from a very old vineyard at 800m elevation in Anguix on predominantly clay soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Deep color. Intense nose with aromas of dark fruit, cedar and hints of menthol/medicinal notes. Medium to full-bodied. Serious, concentrated, quite tannic. Good freshness, pleasant to drink.
