The 2015 vintage of this wine has a totally different tasting profile than past vintages. I'm wondering if the wine maker changed wine making techniques as this vintage is quite fruitier and sweeter than past vintages which is not a good thing. Past vintages had a nice peppery slightly tannic tasting profile the showed some nice dark fruit and slightly vanilla Oak flavors, dryer with a longer finish then this new 2015 vintage. One of the wines that was on my go-to list is now on my don't buy list. Sad times when all the wines are turning fruity and sweeter.

Not the punchiest but a good red fruit flavour and pepperiness to it that is not at all unpleasant.
