Raspberry, strawberry, tangy blood orange acidity with some lingering cherry candy and mineral quality. Not super complex but tasty and totally serviceable with a cheese plate to start the night.

Crisp. Dry fruit. Pinot Chard bubbly. Color is gorgeous. Couldn’t find Bird in Hand in the US. This is a close second in taste.
