Matured in Anphora
It smelled clearly of clay, overripe apricot and white plums, white pepper and coriander seeds
Nice freshness
It is a lot more that what it looks like, but it really requires an educated audience
I personally quite enjoyed it 👍

Wine of the night, a couple hours of decanting blew off the VA, perfect with cheese and Italian cookies. Round, nutty, soft, pleasing acidity, delicious.

Глубокий янтарный цвет. На старте подсушенная рыбья икра. Яблочное варенье, сухие апельсиновые корки, гранола, каштановый мёд, кора, кожа. В развитии уходит в сушёные грибы, тмин, сухую землю. Полное тело, во вкусе курага, изюм, засохший мёд, кожа, сухие цветы, соль. Нарочито аскетично, с шероховатой фактурой и хорошей концентрацией. Долгий тёплый финиш. Сложное вино. 17,5/20
