Med plus intense aromas of concentrated Honey, completely bruised red apple, hint of lemon freshness,candied orange rind, med plus body, med plus acidity, med plus finish, very silky texture with complex finish of bitterness and candied date finish. Drunk with ricotta filled zucchini flower and salumi plate(cucumber pickle with mortadella, lardo). oh man. Perfect brunch wine with bob marley music.

Savory. Saline, mushrooms, garlic. Terrific balance. In its prime but will stay there for another 5+ years.
