Jun 7th, 2018i like gravner. gravner like air. hint if anchovy oil is the only neg. air pushes it out which is nice fir me as i do not like anchovy. if u like anchovy the. drink it fast at 17C.

Jun 11th, 2017GW Gravner tasting 10/26/16. Medium orange color. Fermented on skin 5-6 months and in amphora kilo liter size since 2001. Nose of orange peels and beeswax and a bit of honey but acidic in balance with stone fruits. Destemmed and punched down six times a day. Very acidic and firm on palate with very long acidic and minerals finish. Blend of SB, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Riesling Italico.
