Nice wine. Fresh minerality, a bit of orchard fruit, and grass. A bit of body but just lacking the acidity I prefer in my whites.

I appreciate Soave much the way I do Muscadet - the standouts are simple, pleasant, and have a hard to describe capacity for humility and honesty. The countryside. Pra has much of that with not much more - good Garganecca in a medium to full body of neutral tones - lemon, white flower, apple.
