More green Sauv Blanc than the Mondavi Fume Blanc, higher acidity

I was surprised - very fresh and lively a good example of this style.

Paired with bitter endive, Roquefort salad it was perfect.

Very pleasant fruit forward yet refreshing wine

Fresh melon and citrus fruit lemon blossom. Wet stone very fresh and lively. Finish 40+ excellent

Humble easy drinking

Tasted in June 2014: Structured, intense sauv blanc. Lacks some of the raciness I usually prefer but still complex and dynamic. Notes of pineapple, baked orchard fruit, barnyard, animal sweat, and limestone. Fuller than its NZ or French counterparts.

Honey and mead characters with a lot of wood. Acid acid acid. Kiwi. Floral/vegetal. Little light on alcohol imho

Honeymoon wine! Been waiting for a spicy meal to drink this with, so here we go alongside chicken tikka. Refreshing, green & vegetal.
