Bright, unripened red currants layer overtop anonymous dark fruits. Hairy on the palette; ultra-aggressive tannins. This is young and fierce after 2 hours of decant. Dramatically more assertive than the 2009 after similar time in bottle. Give the 2010 another 5 to 20 years.

2010 -- bold, upfront flavors. Thick taste. Nice, long lasting finish. Significantly better after given time to breathe.

2010 vintage. I usually enjoy their wines, this one had a sharp bite, perhaps I should have put it in the cellar and waited 5 years.
