Remarably pure and fresh with sumptuous soured black fruits and blackcurrant leaf. Some leathery and savoury qualities lurking behind but there is poise and structure here, with very fine powdery tannins and mouthwatering acidity. Generous and lush, it did a rack of lamb proud.
