Tart, interesting. Light in body and abv (5%) but complex. Opened Nov '16, released Feb '16. I wonder if it would have been better to drink it sooner? Last glass picked up extra sediment, noticeable difference in the mouthfeel and slight bready taste. Very tasty, I want another bottle!
