Pretty nice with air. Bigger than expected but I have to remind myself that Pinotage always is. It's not Pinot noir. Dark chocolate, berries. Merlot like but sturdier, with high / food friendly acidity. Oaky but appropriate. Great with dry-rubbed ribeye.
