Color is bloody red, with a hint of rustic brown shade. Quite light considering she is a Cab. Nose of chocolate, cherry, spiciness from alcohol, salty, fermented cabbage and hints of vanilla. Taste of refined acidity, polished tannins, chewy, hickory sweet. Spice and zest show up next. Sweet grapes notes too. Aftertaste is a bit short and watery. But clean and straightforward.

This is a nice bold cab with juicy blackberry, soft vanilla, and pronounced earthy spice. It’s subtle tannins complement the full body.

Great full bodied Cab. Excellent tannins and jammy after taste. Would certainly buy again.
