Which is too bad - the aromatics are lovely, but the palate picks up both bitterness from the high alc, as well as an oily texture (common with over-ripe Viognier as well) which is off-putting. Basically, harvest this a week+ earlier and it would have been great. Will try other vintages and other wines from this producer though.
