T Bar T Ranch Sauvignon Blanc

Like the richness of this Sauv Blanc. I know they used some oak in this. Very happy with this wine, bought half a case to enjoy this summer

2013 HALL "T Bar T" Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect for hot days like these. Good acid and textured mouth feel. Pair with Salmon or scallops.

Just enough butter

Big peaches on the nose. Delicious.

Dry and complex amazing sav blanc from Hall. Easily one of the best I've ever had. Incredible!

Sight: Clear, Medium lemon.

Nose: Clean, predominate sweet spicy yellow bell pepper, well manicured clean dried grass.

Palate: Dry, medium acid, full bodied. Flavors of what has already been describe on Nose, with under ripe Meyer lemon & pineapple, white grapefruit zest, papaya & lime, and tasty rocky soil. Long Finish.

Quality: Very good - Outstanding

Commentary: Not your typical Sauvignon Blancs. Exciting, but not for everyone
