Inoffensive. Value to price ratio is very high. Hyperaeration is not necessary and is a mistake with this wine. Avoid lengthy decanting. This rioja spoils quickly--old socks on the nose.

Delish birthday wine for Matt! Perfect blend of Sangiovese, merlot and cab. Full body with smooth buttery finish.
