Coteaux du Languedoc Picpoul-de-Pinet

Crisp Languedoc white (Picpoul) with citrus notes, served with halibut at Bandaloop restaurant in Arundel , ME

Enjoying with family. Extremely velvety, lots of citrus but not overpowering. Light, probably should be matched with lighter foods. Spicy or heavy will overwhelm it.

Delicious. Green apple. Not too sweet.
