Barossa Shiraz

Great wine.not as big as you think it should be but still amazing.almost has a port type character to it and would be great with a strong salty stilton.

The wine is very nice but also very subtle and smooth. Hints of chocolate, apples and some acidity of tomato gives it a pleasant aroma but with a smooth touch and aftertaste. $23

Ambivalent on this wine. It certainly has plenty of fresh fruit and is easy drinking. However, imho this is not a typical Ozzie Shiraz. Very short finish and no tannic structure. The price point is certainly compelling.

Perfectly good quaffing Shiraz but doesn't do anything special. The age - 2010 - gives it a softness that is ver much appreciated.

Superb, lingers on the palette and not too smokey.
