Green Grüner Veltliner

This is everything I want out of a young, crisp Gruner. Super refreshing, tart, bright green apple with just a little bit of herbal, peppery notes at the end. Slammable, fantastic for a relaxed dinner with friends.

Would be a crisp and easy crowd pleaser without that spicy, peppery note at the end, but I liked it quite a bit. It just threw off some with less adventurous palates.

Here's where you understand what does high acidity in a white means. Very harmonious. Sharp crispness is compensate by a slightly oily texture. Very good white wine

Crisp. Easy. Very drinkable
