Sweet sorrel, strawberry, and cherry jam, mild tarragon, slight cinnamon smell but not pronounced, ruby with slight magenta color, taste is holds the tone straight forward, slight cinnamon taste and maybe all spice that’s underlying and steady, cherry, strawberry and slight bitterness but acid dominant with a slight leather, red licorice green vine finish
