Pepper and spice bomb. One glass down and you are blown out of your mind with this 16 degree alcohol monster. But you only feel it in the head, so fresh and tasty in the mouth. Powerful yet seductive at the same time. Would love to try the same wine 5-10 years younger and get blasted out of this universe. Slight bitterness from the tannins at the end. A good time to open the perfectly kept bottle and many years to come.

Never thought I would love a wine with 16% alcohol that is not fortified, but here it is! Supreme balance and a neverending finish. RIP, master Bonneau. Respect!
