I had trouble with the 14 Kapelle from Möbitz but this one delivers so there is consistency here as the 13 was also good. I assume Koepfle means top of the mountain and it shows. Tastes like a Burgundy. Raspberry nose. Black cherry and chalky but at this point lacks secondary flavors so over all the 2014th portfolio was not up to par.

May 5th, 2017A stunner ‼️. Beautiful cherry 🍒 chalk and black tea. From Lyle Fass purchased via email. Absolutely gorgeous the wine tastes like a Musigny. Boy these German SPÄTS will over time take market share from Burgundy if people get it - this is VERY good. 450 bottles made one keg!
