The nose opens with aromas of sage and peppery notes with a hint of smokiness. A full-bodied rose, opening bright acidity on the palate leads to an unusually saltiness the lingers on the tongue. Juicy candied ginger and red fruits dominate the short, bright finish. Don't serve this one cold!

Holy cow, this is one full throttle rose. Dark rose color - exotic spice, rich strawberry and grapefruit nose. Big, and thick for a rose. A fun twist but by no means typical.
