Herbaceous, limey and farmy with sulfuric undertones on the nose. An interesting sauv to come out of Marlborough, in light of the late grassiness in the nose characteristics that evolves into green bell pepper. Lime hits the palate back in the upper throat. Strikingly clean crisp tart yet creamy foamy oceanic wave of lime. Electric complexity across the entire palate. Saltiness akin to margaritas yet I'm suddenly craving yellowtail sashimi after a day of surfing, even though I don't surf! Lengthy and intense, this is a foody's sushi wine on a beach day!

Sep 17th, 2018Light, good Sauvignon Blanc flavors. Not grassy. Well balanced. Great value! $10 in PA.

Jul 22nd, 2018Apricot. Nice acidity level. Drank it chilled with lots of hot salsa. Pleasantly sweet (but not desert-level). A little bit of lettucy-greenness on the front. We got this at the Grocery Outlet. 12.5% alc. This is the 2014 vintage.
