This is my second label to try from Hiyu and I’m enjoying this one as much as the Corvus I had not too long ago. Whereas the Corvus was gripping and earth-shattering, this Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris blend is more feminine and effervescent but no less expressive. Lovely tannins and acidity, this wine exhibits notes of funky strawberries, cherries, rhubarb, and clove. A nice, fun wine to drink.
