Ériu Hood River Grenache 2019

This is so freaking good! Grenache white pepper, dark fruits, spices galore, some forest, a touch of meat, but so fresh despite 6 years. This reminds me of pax hillsides with a bit less tapenade. I feel like this wine, tribute to grace, Jolie laude, and pax are the best representations of Grenache in USA — 5 months ago

Tzum Elder Pinot Noir Gewürztraminer 2019

Tough to rate. Nose has some chemicals. But, palate is that great west coast Pinot noir. Some chalky minerality and loads of fruit, primarily cherry. Quite a bit of acidic zip. — 7 months ago

Crategus Syrah Blend 2020

Didn’t like this one as much as the first I had. This was more fruit forward with a ton of funk and acidity. After a few hours it was better but given the high amount of acidity and fruit I’m not sure it’ll get better. Reminds me of a good carbonic Grenache or other rhone varietal. Some olives in there as well. It’s good. — a month ago

Tzum Atavus VII Columbia Gorge Gewürztraminer Pinot Noir

@Delectable Wine this is atavus VII (7). If I tasted this blind I would say Austria or Slovenia or Georgia etc. wine for sure. Jasmine tea, jasmine flowers, lemon, comforting herbs, grapefruit, really fancy sea salt, so many flowers! Top us orange wine. — 6 months ago

Noctua Columbia Gorge Red Blend 2018

Wine of the night. People list their minds on this wine, and these are people that typically drink prisoner and concannon. So much earth and tannin but balanced by fruit and flower. The nose is crazy. If I had this entire bottle to myself it may be 1 million points. — 10 months ago

Halo Spring Ephemeral Columbia Gorge Red Blend 2017

Wow! One of my favorite wineries on Father’s Day. So much earth, meat, sour berries, funky, fresh. Drunk outdoors after a thunderstorm in the mountains of Montana with some bison burgers. I feel like this is what the wine is meant for. So ethereal and complex, but yet enough brawn to make everyone happy. — 4 months ago

Tzum Clochán Red Blend 2020

"Clochan" comes from a single vineyard planted to a field blend of Mencia, Graciano, Carignane, Grenache and Nero d'Avola. Bass notes of game, leather and damp earth support a core of sweet cherry fruit” — 8 months ago
