Beautiful Sauvignon clear tast

A delightful Sauv Blanc! Enjoyed it with Confit Duck on a pleasant summer evening in the mountains. Flavors of grapefruit, melon and a bit of earthiness.

Great easy drinking wine. Very light in color but great flavor. We really enjoyed this with dinner. Paired well with chicken & salmon.

Very sweet lots of melon. Not as nice as new Zealand Blanca

While I don’t particularly love such a muted white (muted white...band name), I always snag this when available. They had a really bitey New Zealand Sauvignon but this paired really well with the zippy dill sauce which accompanied my charred artichokes. Clearly I need to start learning real wine verbiage. Work in progress.

Great choice . Tried on Thanksgiving. Will add this to my favorites ! Not sweet perfect amount of light / dry.
