Opaque purple in color. Cassis, cocoa powder, dusty cedar, and volatile acidity on the nose. Unfortunately the palate is most notable for a moderate amount of oxidation. 14.4% alcohol. Only 16 barrels produced. Disappointing bottle at $75. Would drink now.
