Cuvée Général-Muteau Volnay 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Medium. Nose is funky with mushrooms, compost and old flowers. Palate is dry with medium to light body. Finish drops fast but lingers. Strawberry, red fruits.

18 years in and still has good color, lovely fruit, and long bit soft finish

Very close too being over the hill
