I let this aerate for two hours. Love this wine! Kudos to Anthony Biagi and Jeff Smith at Hourglass!! BlackBerry..vanilla..chocolate..for this young of a wine no heat on the finish....tannins not overpowering at all! Happy I am...have been waiting awhile for something "really good" to drink now.
