2011 vintage. At Cabotte. Pale lemon hue. Ripe lemon aromas, vanilla essences and slight florals. Bit yeasty sur lie. On the palate, medium acidity, medium body and alcohol, medium concentration and medium finish. All the mediums. Quaffer.

Such a gorgeous wine. So focused and fresh. Acidic tension and focus. Citrus fruits, spice and complex base notes. Lovely weight and length. So good.
