A puncheon of tropical punch punching you right in the face! Ripe pineapple and banana and a bit of wet socks. I've never smelt something so pungent from a Junmai. Semi-sweet but then it kinda wimps out with a loose backbone afterwards. Still thuroughly enjoyed but just felt it was flabby in a sake way. You know?
