Gentil Alsace Sylvaner Blend

The color is super pale but the wine is intense with it's acid. Pinapple and peach on the attack. Slight spice. Perfect for german sausage and sauerkraut.

Fondue night

Nice and crisp with some minerality but flattened out too quickly on the finish for me.

Very pale golden yellow. Nose: med/high intensity. Green apple, apricot. Some tropical fruit and some fresh vegetable notes. Med alc, med acids. Med intensity. Crisp and bright fruits on the nose but tastes more of vegetables and minerals. A little bitter apricot. Lemon, green pepper. Maybe a touch of pineapple. Touch of green melon. Good quality ready to drink
